KENDALLVILLE - Allen H. Fordeck, age 90, died on Friday October 10, 2003 at his residence, in Kendallville, In. He was born on May 01, 1913 in Chicago, IL. to Joseph and Inez (Johnson) Fordeck. He married Doris R. Krotzer on June 11, 1939 in Kendallville, In., and she survives.

He was a 1931 graduate of Avilla, High School.
He was owner of Fordeck & Kemerly Electric from 1947 to 1972.
He also was a farmer.

He is survived by wife,
Doris Fordeck of Kendallville, IN.
Daughter & son-in-law Mary & Wayne Giampietro of Lincolnshire, IL.
Daughter & son-in-law Kathryn & James Lucy of Monticello, IN.
Son & daughter-in-law Alan & Billie Fordeck of Kendallville, IN.
Daughter-in-law, Ann Fordeck of Tecumsah, MI.
8 Grandchildren, and 7 Great Grandchildren.
Brother James "Stan" Fordeck of Avilla, IN.

He was preceded in death by One Son Robert "Sandy" Fordeck, and two brothers William and Robert.

Visitation will be held Sunday Oct. 12, 2003 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville, In. with a Masonic service at 8:00 P.M. Sunday evening. Funeral Services will be held Monday Oct. 13, 2003 at 10:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville, IN. with Rev. David Hogsett officiating. Burial will be at the Riverview Cemetery at Churubusco, In following services on Monday.
