Bart Landez

Bartholomew Joseph "Bart" Landez, age 68, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Mr. Landez was born in Defiance, Ohio on December 24, 1949 to the late Bartolo Landez and Andrea Garza Carroll. He was raised by his mother, Vermadean Landez who survives him in Lisbon, Indiana.

Son, Shawn and Joy Landez of Fort Wayne.
Son, Tony and Rebekah Landez of Fishers.
Son, Adam Mapes of Ashley.
Son, Alex and Kelsey Mapes of Kendallville.
Son, Andrew and Katie Mapes of Ashley.
Son, Austin and Alyssa Mapes of Auburn.
Sister, Yolonda and Barton Merriman of Rome City.
Sister, Esther Fischer of Avilla.
Sister, Connie and Jon Schuster of Rome City.
Brother, Bart Landez, Jr. of Lisbon.
Brother, Lee Landez of Kendallville.
Brother, Felix Landez of Kendallville.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Oscar Landez and Barry Landez.

A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, March 16, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Kendallville with Fr. James Stoyle officiating the mass. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the funeral.  Arrangements entrusted to Hite Funeral Home of Kendallville.
