You don't know me. Even so, I am very sorry for your loss. Even though our circumstances are always different, I can understand because I am a recent widow too. I noticed no children were listed & I have no children either (just stepchildren who rarely keep in touch) so I know that might make it even harder for you as you likely will be alone more often. Try not to be. From experience, alone is hard. If help or company is offered to you, accept it if you can but don't if you truly want to be alone. Whatever YOU want or whatever YOU feel is unique to you & never wrong but do ask for help if you need it, emotionally or otherwise. A support group could help when you're ready. There is currently a support group on Thursdays at the Kendallville Library on Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. You can come anytime. It is through Parkview Noble Home Health & Hospice Bereavement Support Group. You can talk or not talk & just listen. Anyway, again, I am so very sorry you are going through one of the worst life experiences ever. The picture of your husband shows a very kind soul with a beautiful smile.
