CYNTHIA “CINDY” DIANE MOORE, age 61, of Kendallville died on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at her Little Long Lake home.
 
She was born in Elkhart on May 6, 1953 to John and Bettie (Anglemeyer) Moore.

Cindy graduated from Northridge High School in Middlebury in 1971. 
    
She married Donald Moore on January 15, 1998 in Kendallville.  Don preceded her in death on January 13, 2013.

Cindy worked for Godfrey Marine in Elkhart for many years and Arden Corporation in Kendallville for 10 years.  She and her husband also owned and operated the Minute Man Mowing service in Kendallville.

She was a long time volunteer and past president of the Noble County Humane Society in Kendallville.  She was a member of the Kendallville VFW and the Kendallville American Legion.  Cindy liked to be on the lake in the pontoon boat and she enjoyed going to casinos with her sister.  

Survivors include: 
Son; Joseph P. Buckey of Mishawaka.
Sister; Connie Thomas of Elkhart.
Sister; Judy Auker of Phoenix, Arizona.
Several nieces and nephews.
Her seven cats; Mickie D, Puddin, Bebe, KC Boy, Kiki, Church and Yellow.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother; Larry Nicolai.

Visitation will be Monday, March 30, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home, 403 South Main Street in Kendallville.  Visitation will also be one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home.

Officiating the funeral service will be Rev. Dr. Thomas Clothier.

Burial will be at Lake View Cemetery in Kendallville.

Preferred memorials may be made to Noble County Humane Society, 1305 Sherman Street, Kendallville, Indiana 46755.
