Glenn “Sonny” Campbell, age 74, died at his residence on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.  Mr. Campbell was born in Perry County, Kentucky on June 4, 1943 to the late Culbert and Vera (Dixon) Campbell.  He graduated from Leatherwood High School in Cornettsville, Kentucky in 1958 and soon afterwards, his family moved to Indiana.  He married Maxine Ritchie on October 5, 1963 in Rome City. She preceded him in death on March 13, 2010. Sonny was employed with Viking Formed Products in Middlebury for more than 30 years and he was a member of the Bethel Christian Baptist Church.

Survivors include:
Daughter, Sonci and Joby Morr of Rome City.
Son, Glenn Campbell, Jr. of Kendallville.
Son, Darris and Tina Campbell of Kendallville.
Son, Kevin and Emily Campbell of Kendallville.
Ten grandchildren: Michael Campbell, Phillip Campbell, Hannah Morr, Brooke Campbell, Emily Morr, Taryn Campbell, Kaitlynn Campbell, Kody Campbell, Kenna Campbell and Kade Campbell. 
Six great grandchildren: Cheyenne Miller, Cherokee Miller, Hayden Lechleidner, Olivia Lechleidner, Elixander Riddle, and Arya Campbell.
Brother, Elzie Campbell of Albion.
Sister, Bernice Smith of Cornettsville, Kentucky.
Sister, Opal Harper of Kendallville.
Brother, Mearl and Lida Campbell of Cornettsville.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Adams; and brothers, Herman Campbell and Lloyd Campbell.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Bethel Christian Baptist Church, 2838 U.S. Hwy 6 west of Kendallville.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Bethel Christian Baptist Church with Pastor Shawn Shepherd officiating.
Burial will follow at Orange Cemetery near Rome City.
Pallbearers will be Michael Campbell, Phillip Campbell, Aric Lechleidner, Gerald Miller, Rick Williams and Rob Williams. 
Funeral services entrusted to Hite Funeral Home of Kendallville.
