Jack Lee Adams

JACK L. ADAMS, age 76, of Wolcottville died on Monday, April 22, 2013 at his home.

He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on August 2, 1936 to Walter Adams and Beatrice (Garver) Adams.

Jack honorably served his country in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1964.

He married Carol Wiegers on May 21, 1960 in Glendale, Arizona and she survives in Wolcottville.

Jack worked for General Electric and then Honeywell in Phoenix for a total of 33 years retiring in 2001.

He was an avid card player and he enjoyed hunting and fishing in younger years.  He loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.  His family was his life!   

Survivors include:

his wife; Carol Adams of Wolcottville, Indiana.
son; Mark (Kate) Adams of Flagstaff, Arizona.
daughter; Stacy (Bill) Honer of Tucson, Arizona.
son; Scott Adams of Phoenix, Arizona.
daughter; Heidi (Aaron) Hawn of Vancouver, Washington.
nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
one brother; Jerry (Kathleen) Adams of Richfield, Utah.

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Visitation will be Thursday, April 25, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home, 403 South Main Street,  Kendallville, Indiana.

Funeral services will be held at a later date in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Burial will be at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona.

Preferred memorials may be made to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, PO Box 1890, Amarillo, Texas 79105.
