Kathy Ann (Smith) Wheeler

Kathy Ann Wheeler, age 63, currently of Huntington and formerly of Kokomo, passed away on November 26, 2015 at Parkview in Huntington.  Ms. Wheeler was born in Tipton, Indiana on December 4, 1951 to the late Gaynel Lavon Smith and Martha Belle (Hurst) Smith.  Kathy attended Tipton High School and worked at Cuneo Press in Kokomo.  It was at Cuneo Press where she met the love of her life and future husband, Ronald A. Wheeler.  The two were married on May 14, 1971 in Kokomo.  Kathy also was employed at Wabash Magnetics in Huntington and she was a homemaker.  Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, and friend.  She also loved her canine companion, Winston.  

Survivors include:
Daughter, Marcy Wheeler of Huntington, Indiana.
Daughter, Angie Wheeler of Marion, Indiana.
Brother, Owen and Diana Hurst of Fishers, Indiana.
Sister, Marie Bean of Greensburg, Indiana.
Several special nieces and nephews.
Several close friends.
Kathy was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald.

Funeral Service will be on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 11:00am at Kempton Christian Church with visitation one hour prior to the service from 10:00am-11:00am.

Officiating the service will be Pastor Brian Wick
