KENNETH DALE CASSIDAY, age 71, of Kendallville died at his home on Saturday, May 28, 2016.  Mr. Cassiday was born in Hastings, Michigan on January 17, 1945 to the late Clinton Lee Cassiday and Mary Elizabeth (Green) Naylor.  He was married to Anna Joy Hicks on September 25, 1965 in Lisbon, Indiana. She preceded him in death on May 27, 2007.  He was later married to Tara Marie Ellen Hart on November 24, 2012 in South Milford and she survives him.  Kenny worked for more than 41 years at Newnam Foundry in Kendallville before retiring in 2007.  He loved to go fishing and deer hunting, work in his barn, and tend to his garden and flowers.

Survivors include: 
Wife, Tara Cassiday of Kendallville.
Step son, Robert Christian of Garrett.
Step son, Junior Christian of Kendallville.
Five step grandchildren.
Sister, Betty and Paul Carr of Thorntown, Indiana.
Niece, Debra and Arvin Knox, Jr. of Kendallville.
He was also preceded in death by his step father, Valentine Naylor;  step son, Douglas Christian; brothers, Richard Levi Cassiday and Junior Cassiday; and sisters, Norma Strunk and Louise Hicks.

Visitation will be Friday, June 3, 2016 anytime after 3:00 pm at Independent Baptist Church in South Milford with a service at 7:00 pm
Funeral services will be Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 11:00 am at Independent Baptist Church.
Officiating the funeral service will be Rev. Earl  Bolen and Rev. David Bolen.
Burial will be at Brushy Chapel Cemetery in LaGrange County.
Memorial donations may be made to his family.
