Norma Jean Ballard

NORMA JEAN BALLARD, age 74, died on Friday, December 15, 2006 at McCormicks Creek in Spencer, Indiana.
Mrs. Ballard, who was a former Wolcottville, Indiana resident, was born in Sturgis, Michigan on May 17, 1932 to LeRoy and Pearl (Burkhead) Ballard.

Mrs. Ballard was a homemaker and attended Mt. Calvary Methodist Church in Tulip, Indiana.

She loved her cats and spent time drawing and sketching. She enjoyed watching W.W.E. on television and listening to music, "Silent Night" was her favorite song. She enjoyed her outdoor swing and playing cards, checkers and dancing.

Survivors include:
Brother, LeRoy Basil Ballard of Wolcottville.
Neice and her husband, Shelia and Bobby Keene of Wolcottville.
Neice, Sharon New of Garrett, Indiana.
Great neice and her husband, Jackie and Jason Ridgway of Owensburg, Indiana.
Great neice and her husband, Susan and Todd Patrick of Ligonier.
Great neice, Shelia Carol Patrick of Wolcottville.
Twin great neices, Bobbie Jean and Ruby Anna Keene both of Wolcottville.
Great neice, Sandy Jo Walter of Warsaw.

Mrs. Ballard was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Goldie and Amanda May and three brothers, Cliff, Fred and Jim Ballard.

Visitation will be Monday, December 18, 2006, from 10-11:00am at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.

Funeral Services will be Monday, December 18, 2006 at 11:00am at Hite Funeral Home, Kendallville.
Officiating the funeral service will be Rev. Sonny Stanley.

Burial will be at Orange Cemetery in Rome City.
