Its such a hard thing to think about, Uncle Russ was a big roll model for me. He was always very professional man and wouldn't hesitate to guide you down the right path. Russ was such a strong man and a go-getter i was always fooled in to thinking he would live forever. with that being said i deeply regret not spending more time with him in the last couple years..when i sit down and think about it i miss my grandparents and Russ so much it just doesn't seem fair. I wish i could be there for him Friday but with being in Colorado this week i cant make it. I know Russ would understand. RIP Uncle I love you, Nick

Dear Family, I was so sorry to hear about your father. He was a kind and generous man and I knew I was accepted into the group from Concord when he used endearments to address me. He will be greatly missed, but he will be with Harry and I am sure they have lots to talk about. Take care of the family and treasure the memories. God bless all of you. Vickie

I worked for Russ at Newman Foundry the summer of 1989 after graduating from Purdue. It helped me a get a foot in the door when starting my engineering career. May God watch over his family during your time of grief. Mitch

My Dearest Family,
Was heartbroken to hear of my dear Uncle's passing! He was truly the patriarch of the family! Deeply admired, respected and loved! There was no better person in my mothers eyes than her big brother, she loved him deeply. Some of the best times of my life were spent with him and Aunt Betty on summer breaks at their home, boating on the lakes of Michigan, being together for holidays! He was a wonderful man, one of the best I've ever known and I will miss him terribly. My deepest condolences to all of you in your loss. All my love, Amy Jo
