Sharon Louise (Vaughn) Weirach

Sharon Louise Weirauch, age 72, of New Haven, died on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at her residence.  She was born in Goshen, Indiana to the late Clifford Vaughn and Vada Vaughn (Gangewer).  In 1961, Sharon graduated from Hamilton High School and she married Marvin Weirauch on December 17, 1976 in Fort Wayne.   Mrs. Weirauch was a member of the Moose Lodge 1480, V.F.W. 2457, American Legion Post 330 and Navy Club 245.  Sharon worked as a cook for Pizza Hut and The Trion in New Haven.   She enjoyed gardening, sewing, playing cards and bowling.

She is survived by:

Husband, Marvin Weirauch of New Haven.

Son, Richard Weirauch of Fort Wayne.

Daughter, Debra Smith of New Haven.

Daughter, Vada Metzger of New Haven.

Granddaughter, Krystle and Tyler Shake of New Haven.

Granddaughter, Candace Metzger of New Haven.

Granddaughter, Rilie Metzger of New Haven.

Grandson, Daniel Rhoades Jr. of New Haven.

Great-Grandson, Richard Corey Jr. of New Haven.

Great-Granddaughter, Madelyn Shake of New Haven.

Sister, Wilma and Dean Wathen.

Sister, Marlene Kessler.

Brother, David and Kathy Vaughn.

Step-Son, Rodger Weirauch of Roanoke, Indiana.

She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Frank Vaughn, Rodger Vaughn, and Clifford Vaughn, Jr.; her sister, Norma Long and step-son, James Weirauch.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 2:00pm at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 800 Green Street, New Haven, Indiana with visitation from 12:00 noon until 2:00pm.

Officiating the services will be Pastor Paul Shoemaker.

Burial will be in Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery in New Haven.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Heartland Hospice.
