Susan (Showen) Morr

Susan E. Morr, age 70, of Kendallville, died Friday, May 12, 2017 at Parkview Memorial Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Mrs. Morr was born June 12, 1946 in Chesterton, Indiana to the late Charles Edward Showen and Marian (Buckley) Showen.  She married James Michael Morr on June 12, 1964 in Kendallville.  Susan was employed at Kroger in Kendallville for the past 4 years and she was a long standing member of the V.F.W. Post 2749 Auxiliary. 

Survivors include:
Husband, James M. Morr of Kendallville.
Son, James E. and Shari Morr of Kendallville.
Son, Michael E. Morr of Westfield, Indiana.
One grandson, Devon Morr of Kendallville.
Brother, Scott and Terry Showen of Kendallville.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Showen and Lee Showen.  

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.  There will be a memorial service at 6:00 PM following the gathering time.  Pastor Jerry Burghduff will conduct the memorial service. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
