We are truly saddened by the news of Terry's death. Many happy memories working the timing console with Terry and Pam during those swimming years. I will always remember how Terry generously taught me how to use the new computer equipment. I laminated the "cheat sheet" Terry penned and I am sure it is still being used.
Our thoughts are prayers are with you all.
Sincerely,
Gary and Dana Timmerman

To the Spohr Family,

I just received word about your loss.  It was my pleasure to work with Terry at Philips.  We shared stories about the drive on the turnpike to get to work.  Terry was a great individual.  My prayers are with all of you.

To the Spohr Family,

Terry was a great person to work with, my office was next to Terry and we worked on some projects together.  He was a real professional and always took the time to say hello or make some small talk to make the day pass and put a smile on your face.  We all enjoyed him here at Philips and working and being around him.  He will be greatly missed by all of us.  Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

Our Deepest Sympathy,

Joe Caione and The Philips Team

To the Spohr Family,

My Husband and I got to know Terry last Fall when we started a bible study with him near Cleveland.  We were very sad to hear the news yesterday.   Terry was a great guy and talked about his family a lot.  We communicated back and forth over email when he was trying to find out about the area his son was looking at in Grandville for a home (my sister lives in Jenison).

We had a bible study last night and prayed for your family.

Pam, Grace, Stanley, Joe, Lindsey and Holly:

I was shocked when I heard of Terry's passing.  Much to young to leave behind those he cared for and to miss the happy times with family.

My heart is heavy for all of you.  Take comfort in knowing that he is standing at the Gate of Heaven waiting for each of you with open arms.

Pam:  We are so sorry to hear of your husband''s passing.  We keep in contact with Jim and, to a lesser extent, Mary.  Hopefully, you can move forward, as tough as it will be.  You are very lucky to have the Vosberg family and your children in this time of sorrow for support.  Although I haven''t seen you since the early 60''s  I have fond memories of you.  God bless you and let''s stay in touch via Facebook and email.

Pam ,  I am so sorry that I did not keep close, the friendship we all had in our younger years. I am so sorry for your loss and can only pray that you feel God''''s strength and love surrounding you. I have fond and happy memories of Terry in high school; he was always a good person and that " real nice guy". I remember at your wedding, being so happy that you were marrying a wonderful man !

Pam, Lindsey, Joe, Holly and family,
We are saddened to hear the news about Terry.   He was such a gentle and kind man.

One of our favorite memories of him was at a Laotto Wesleyan Church young adult class Christmas party at our house in Laotto.   The men vs. women in a game of charades with topic of Christmas carols.   The men cleverly schemed a plan to 'win'.   When it was Terry's turn, he barely did anything and the guys 'correctly guessed' The First Noel.   The women were stunned and the guys were rolling on the floor laughing.

We trust the memories you have of your husband, father, grandfather, son, father-in-law will carry you during tough times.   We pray you sense God's sweet and comforting presence during these difficult days.

Much love to all of you.
