THOMAS WAYNE FOSTER, age 69, of Geneva, died on Friday, June 26, 2015 at River Terrace Health Care Center in Bluffton, Indiana.  Mr. Foster was born in Oak Hill, West Virginia on December 18, 1945 to the late Homer Thomas Foster and Beatrice (Toney) Foster.  He served his country in the United States Navy for four years during the Vietnam War.  He was married to Linda Marie (Velka) Foster and she preceded him in death in April of 1997.  Tom was a repairman and employed with Strick Corporation in Monroe and Bluffton Recycling Center. He was a member of the American Legion Post 111 in Bluffton and the Eagles Lodge.

Survivors include: 
Son, Thomas Foster,II of Akron, Ohio.
Daughter, Libra Meacham of Akron.
Son, John and Carla Foster of Geneva, Indiana.
Daughter, Makayla Lee of Ossian, Indiana.
Seven grandchildren: Wendy Cummings, Christopher Period, Dennis Meacham, Jasmine Boggs, Alixander Foster, Zacherie Foster, and Thomas Wayne Foster,III.
Two great grandchildren: Brooklyn and Michael.
Step daughter, Elaine Velka of Cleveland, Ohio.
Step son, David Boggs of Akron.
Sister, Carol Keller of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Brother, Bob Foster of Akron.
Sister, Barbara Dunell of Akron.
Sister, Martha Devall of Akron.
Brother, Kenneth Foster of Akron.
Brother, Roger Foster of Akron.
Sister, Linda Kim of Akron.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 11:00am-12:00pm at the chapel at Marion National Cemetery.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 12:00pm at the chapel at Marion National Cemetery.

Officiating the funeral service will be Pastor Arley Higginbotham.

Burial with military honors will be at 1:00pm noon at the committal shelter at Marion National Cemetery.
