FRANKLIN J. MCCLELLAN, age 67, of Kendallville, died on Friday, July 2, 2010 at Provena Sacred Heart Home in Avilla.
Mr. McClellan was born in Adrian, Michigan on July 6, 1942 to the late Raymond Samuel and Lucille Mae (Gillespie) McClellan.
Along with his brother, David, he owned and operated McClellan Brothers Construction for five years during the mid 1970's.
Frank enjoyed woodworking, fishing and being in the of outdoors.
Survivors include:
Brother, Larry and Emma McClellan of Topeka.
Brother, David and Thelma McClellan of Kendallville.
Sister, Lola Meeder of Grand Ledge, Michigan.
Sister, Teil and Rick Neff of Rome City.
Many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Raymond McClellan.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 6, 2010, from 11:00am-1:00pm at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 1:00pm at Hite Funeral Home.
Officiating the funeral service will be Pastor Steve Altman.
Burial will be at Sweet Cemetery near Albion.
Casketbearers will be his brothers: Larry and David; nephew, Jerry Butler; brother-in-law, Rick Neff; friend, Larry Boese.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be made to the McClellan family to help with funeral expenses.
