James Marvin Wright, II, age 79, of Fort Wayne, died on February 12, 2024. James was born in Rushville, Indiana on October 10, 1944 to the late James Marvin Wright, I and Virginia H. (Baumgartner) Wright.
James graduated cum laude from St. Francis College with a B.A. in 1977 and I.P.F.W with a M.S. degree in 1981.
He served four years in the United States Air Force as a Loadmaster on a C-130 aircraft, and also served three years as Commandant of the Drill Sargent Academy, 70 Training Division, U.S.A.R.
He taught business at Carroll High School and for 25 years was a new home sales representative for Lancia Homes.
He leaves behind a wife of 30 years, Linda Gianfagna Wright; a son, James E. Rieser; and a brother, William Alan Wright.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Virginia Wright and a brother, Harry.
He said to say that: “He came, he had a good time and he left.”
There will be no services. James is being cremated at his request.
