Donna Marie (Hough) Smith

Donna Marie Smith, age 67, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born in LaPorte, Indiana on December 31, 1951 to Robert James Hough and Lorraine Caroline (Co) Hough. She was an Ivy Tech graduate and a Licensed Practical Nurse. She married Gordon James Smith,II on December 31, 2004 in Fort Wayne.

Survivors include:
Husband, Gordon Smith of Fort Wayne.
Father, Robert Hough of LaPorte.
Daughter, Kathryn Klimczak of Fort Wayne.
Step daughter, Tearah Smith of Huntsville, Alabama.
Step daughter, Talea Smith of Lawton, Oklahoma.
Step son, James Smith of Corpus Christi, Texas.
8 grandchildren.
Sister, Mary Helen and Mark Justice of LaPorte.
Sister, Andrea and William Buckman of LaPorte.
Brother, Robert and Linda Hough of LaPorte.
Brother, Thomas Hough of Jacksonville, Florida.
Brother, Steven and Laurie Hough of Michigan City.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Grace Episcopal Church, 10010 Aurora Place in Fort Wayne with a luncheon following the service. Rev. Dr. Thomas Hansen will officiate the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grace Episcopal Church or American Heart Association.
