Carl Weber, age 77, died Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at his residence in Kendallville.  Mr. Weber was born August 6, 1939 in Kendallville, Indiana to the late Charles Albert Weber and Joyce (Swogger) Weber.  He graduated from Kendallville High School in 1957.  He was first married to Carol Edith Hetrick in 1966 and later remarried in 2008 at Atwood Resort in Syracuse, Indiana.  Carol preceded him in death in 2008.  He married Margie Simmons in Gatlinburg, Tennessee on April 20, 2012.  Carl enjoyed a successful sales career starting with Chet Dekko at Lyall Electric as their second salesman.  He later went on to become vice president of sales for Domex, Inc. (Diversified Oil Marketers Exchange) in Kendallville and traveled extensively, throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada brokering petroleum products. He was highly respected in the industry as an honest, no-nonsense, never tiring broker that would go the extra mile to help those he came in contact with.  After leaving Domex, he became vice president of wholesale LP gas for Cal-Gas Corporation of Sacramento, California where he retired in 1985.  Upon retirement, he pursued his love of travel and carpentry.  Along with his wife, Jeanie, he traveled in his motor home in most all of the United States and spent three months in Alaska and Canada.  He was life member of the Wayne Center United Methodist Church in Kendallville and member of the Lake View Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky where he lived for a short time.  Carl will be missed for his love for his family and his generosity.

Survivors include:
Loving wife, Margie Weber of Kendallville.
Daughter, Radena and Tim Gienger of Kendallville.
Son, Clay and Tara Weber of Avilla.
Seven grandchildren: Justin Weber, Austin Weber, and Hayden Weber; Jake and Kendal Torrie; Kory Gienger and Marissa Gienger.
Step children: Chad and Lauren Helmkamp of Fort Wayne; Matthew (Angela Ignace) Helmkamp of Columbia City; Shannon and Neal Nevers of Kendallville and step daughter-in-law, Renae Helmkamp of Kendallville.  Six step grandchildren.
Twin brother, Dale (Marie Farone) Weber of Fort Wayne.
Many nieces and nephews.  
Brother-in-law, Michael Simmons and AnnMarie Waldrom of Indianapolis.
Brother-in-law, Kim and Annette Simmons of New Castle.
Sister-in-law, Julie and Bill Yates of Kendallville.
Sister-in-law, Kelly and Bill Walkup of Kendallville. 

He was also preceded in death his brother, Eugene Weber, who died April 1, 2016; step son, Clay Helmkamp, who died March 5, 2013; granddaughter, Cassidy in 1996; and sister-in-law, Monica Martin in August 2016.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 3:00 – 7:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Walker officiating. 
Honorary pallbearers are Dale Weber, Justin Weber, Austin Weber, and Hayden Weber.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the MSA Coalition, for multiple system atrophy research.
