Claude Carl Manns, age 65, of Kendallville, died Monday, October 8, 2018 at Hickory Creek of Kendallville. Mr. Manns was born in Wayland, Kentucky on April 25, 1953 to the late Jim and Nora (Allen) Manns. He married Debra Sue Goff on March 19, 1976 in Elkhart, Indiana. Claude retired from Coachman Industries in 1996.
Survivors include:
Wife, Debra Manns of Kendallville.
Daughter, Rebecca Manns of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Catrina and Tod Bailey of Kendallville.
Daughter, Dawn and Brandon King of Albion.
Nine grandchildren: Steven Ferrer, Chase Dennis, Clarissa Dennis, Lucus Bailey, Dylan Bailey, Sarah Kline, Jonathon “Johnny” Kline, Tyson King and Taylor King.
One great granddaughter, Ensley Kline.

Brother, Clarence and Judy Manns of Corunna.
Brother, Ray and Nadine Manns of Kendallville.
Brother, Jim and Dorothy Manns of Kendallville.
Brother, Bob and Wilma Manns of Kendallville.
He was preceded in death by three grandchildren, Justin Kline, Christopher Bailey and Alexander Bailey; sisters, Lorene Hamdin, Christine Moore, Dorothy Mitchell, and Ella Faye Handshoe; and a brother, James Manns.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville. There will be a song and prayer service at 6:00 PM.
A funeral service will be held Friday, October 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home with Rev. Willie Collins and Rev. Earl Bolen officiating.
Burial will take place at Lake View Cemetery in Kendallville.
