Ellen Rose (Bauman) Hoevel

Ellen Rose Hoevel, age 67, of New Haven died Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne.  Ellen was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on December 4, 1951 to the late Albert C. Bauman and Mary M. (Tourney) Bauman.  She graduated from Bishop Luers High School in 1970 and married Dennis D. Hoevel on April 23, 1976 at St. Henry Catholic Church in Fort Wayne.  Ellen was part owner of Hoevel Grave Memorials in Fort Wayne and she was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in New Haven.

Survivors include:
Husband, Dennis Hoevel of New Haven.
Daughter, Audra R. Hoevel and Kari Speer of Auburn.
Sister, Anne Bauman of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Denise Bauman of Florida.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana with gathering of family and friends at 10:00 AM.  Father Thomas Shoemaker will officiate the mass.  Memorial donations may be made to masses.
