Evelyn Joan (Stackhouse) Butler

Evelyn Joan Butler, age 80, of Kendallville, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Parkview Noble Hospital.  Mrs. Butler was born on April 8, 1936 in Dekalb, County to the late Raymond and Ruth (Perkins) Stackhouse.  She graduated from Ashley High School.  On August 31, 1957, she married Theodore "Ted" R. Butler at Pleasant Chapel Church of The Brethren.  Evelyn was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and word puzzles.  
Survivors include:
Spouse, Theodore "Ted" Butler of Kendallville.
Son, Richard and Kim Butler of Kendallville.
Granddaughter, Sarah Treager of Kendallville.
Grandson, Eric Butler of Kendallville.
Great-grandchildren, Aidyn, Caidyn, and Addilynn Treager of Kendallville.
Sister, Melda Viet of Kendallville.
Brother, Don and Pat Stackhouse of Nappanee.
Brother, Myron and Mary Jane Stackhouse of Waterloo.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at Lake View Cemetery in Kendallville.
Officiating the services is Pastor Chris Mosley.
