Harold Curtis Obituary

Harold Everett Curtis, age 89, of Kendallville, died Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Presence Sacred Heart Home in Avilla. Mr. Curtis was born at home in LaGrange, Indiana to Harry and Pearl (Boyd) Curtis. He married Dorothy Garlets in Rome City, Indiana on June 30, 1950 and she preceded him in death on January 27, 2010. Harold was a truck driver for many years with Weiss Trucking of Mongo. He also worked at Overhead Door in Churubusco and the B&O Railroad.

Survivors include:
Daughter, Jacqueline Feller of Kendallville.
Grandson, Mark and Jackie Feller of LaGrange.
Grandson, Matt Feller of Kendallville.
Five great grandchildren: Jared Feller, Taylor Feller, Marissa Feller, Jeremy Feller, and Abby Feller.
Harold was preceded in death his parents; his wife, Dorothy; son, Jerry Himes in 1970; brother, Junior Curtis; and sisters, Shirley Haage and Jenny French.

There is no funeral service or visitation. Burial will take place at Lake View Cemetery next to his wife.
