James Harold Hurt

James Harold Hurt, age 52, of Kendallville, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018.  Mr. Hurt was born on November 28, 1965 in Kendallville, Indiana to Harold Glen Hurt and Evelyn (Owens) Hurt.  Jimmy attended East Noble High School in Kendallville and worked various odd jobs including carpentry work. He enjoyed going on walks, camping, and swimming.  Jimmy loved to spend time with his friends and family.  
Survivors include:
Daughter, Nicole Dreibelbis of Albion.
Grandson, Bentley Dreibelbis of Albion.
Mother, Evelyn Hurt of Stroh.
Father, Harold Glen Hurt of Kendallville.
Sister, Glynis Fulford of Columbia City.
Brother, Willie Hurt of Warsaw.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Darwin Hurt.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home, 403 South Main Street, Kendallville, Indiana.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home.
Burial will take place at Lake Bethel Cemetery near Stroh.
Officiating the funeral services will be Pastor Clarence Combs.
Memorial donations may be directed to the family to help with funeral expenses.
