Jennifer Ann Patrick, age 36, died Wednesday, August 29, 2018. Jennifer was born in Kendallville, Indiana to Terry Collins and Donna Sue (Smith) Ramer. She loved frogs, being outdoors, walking around Bixler Lake, and writing in her journal.

Survivors include:
Son, Dylan Ray Patrick of Kendallville
Daughter, Paige Elizabeth Patrick of Kendallville.
Ex husband, Gary Patrick of Kendallville.
Mother, Donna Ramer of Kendallville.
Brother, Jeff and Deb Collins of Kendallville.
Sister, Tammy Knotts of Kendallville.
Aunt, Charlotte Smith of Kendallville.
Aunt, Maxie Handshoe of Kendallville.
Aunt, Betty Bostick of Lexington, Kentucky.
Many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her step father, Gordon Ramer.

There will be a gathering of family and friends followed by a memorial service on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville. The gathering will begin at 1:00 PM with a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Rev. Carter Hicks will officiate the memorial service.
