Jimmy Lee Herron, Sr.

Jimmy Lee Herron, Sr., age 71, died Monday, June 11, 2018 at his residence in Kendallville. Jimmy was born May 23, 1947 in Kendallville, Indiana to the late Esta and Beatrice Pearl (Reinhold) Herron. He was first married to Betty Ann Brisentine, mother of his six children. He later married Rayna Jean Bales on September 4, 2010 in Kendallville.  Jimmy worked at Reliable Tool & Machine in Kendallville for many years.

Wife, Rayna Herron of Kendallville.
Son, Jimmy Lee Herron, Jr. and companion, Tina Bryant of Fort Wayne.
Son, Scott and Rena Herron of Churubusco.
Daughter, Angela and Stacy Edgar of Noblesville.
Son, David and Michelle Herron of Kendallville.
Daughter, Jennifer Herron of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Lisa and Christopher Harris of Huntertown.
12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Step daughter, Jennifer Bosworth of Kendallville.
Step granddaughter, Jaimie and Ryan Leighty of Kendallville.
Sister, Agnes Mead of Kendallville.
Sister, Shirley Monroe of Kendallville.
Sister, Dora Shepherd of Kendallville.
Sister, Sandy and Sam Weimer of Corunna.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife; and two brothers, Gerald Herron and Charles “Chuck” Herron.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.
