Madgelene Howard, age 85, of Kimmell, died Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at her residence in Kimmell.  Mrs. Howard was born in Uz, Kentucky on November 18, 1933 to the late Leslie and Elizabeth (Cook) Webb.  She married Kenneth Howard on July 5, 1953 in Whitesburg, Kentucky and he preceded her in death in 2013.  

Survivors include:
Daughter, Janice and Eugene Mosley of Kendallville.
Daughter, Georgiana Stover of Kimmell.
Daughter, Julia Howard of Ligonier.
Son, Kenneth and Sheryl Howard of Garrett.
Son, Raymond and Mckeshia Howard of Garrett.
16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Brother, Darlas “Doc” and Judy Webb of Auburn.
Brother, Joe Webb of Whitesburg, Kentucky.
Brother, Glen and Evadean Webb of Whitesburg, Kentucky.
Sister, Betty Stidham of Whitesburg, Kentucky.
Sister, Juanita and Jerry Lucas of Tennessee.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Hester “Janie” Howard and son-in-law, William Stover. 

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Mosley officiating.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
Burial will take place at Christian Union Cemetery near Garrett.
