Madonna Ruth Kacherian, age 92, died Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the Kendallville Manor Healthcare Center. Mrs. Kacherian was born on March 21, 1926 near Terhune, Boone County, Indiana to the late William E. and Flava Celestia (Milligan) Akard. She married Haig Levon Kacherian on October 5, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana and he preceded her in death November 30, 2010.

Survivors include:
Daughter, Annette and Edward Weber of Kendallville.
Son, Haig and Diana Kacherian of Sun City, Florida.
Four grandchildren: Brad and Tonya Rummel of Kendallville; Holly and Rich Cheek of Edinburgh, Indiana; Kerry Kacharian of Palmetto, Florida; and Amber Kacherian of Logan, Utah. Two great grandchildren: Olivia Rummel and Pierce Kacharian.
Madonna was the youngest of eleven. Ten brothers preceded her in death, Vaugh, Os, Jacob, Paul, Keith, Phillip, Johnny, Clyde, James, and Joseph Akard.
