Michael D. Sweezy

MICHAEL  SWEEZY, age 63, of Kendallville died on Friday, May 28, 2010 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

He was born in Coldwater, Michigan on August 1, 1946 to Clifton and Arlene Joy (Mullins) Sweezy.

 He married Anna Kay McClelland on December 25, 1994 in Albion.

Mr. Sweezy worked for the Mason Public Schools as a custodian for 15 years until 1999.

He attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Kendallville.

Survivors include:

wife; Anna Kay Sweezy of Kendallville
three sons; Kim Sweezy of Mason, Michigan
Michael Sweezy of Mason, Michigan
Kevin Sweezy of Mason, Michigan
two step-sons; Steven Kline of Wawaka, Indiana
Kenny Kline of Cromwell, Indiana
one step-daughter; Angela Rowe of Albion
several grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren
two brothers; Clifton Sweezy of Holt, Michigan
Ben Sweezy of Mason, Michigan
two sisters; Melody Robins of Holt, Michigan
Claudia Simmons of Lansing, Michigan
several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by parents; one grandson, Anthony Sweezy and two sisters.

Memorial Service will be Sunday June 6, 2010 at 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Kendallville.

Officiating the Memorial service will be James Zern.
