Rosemary Catherine Coplin, age 85, of Ligonier, died Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at her residence in Ligonier, Indiana. Mrs. Coplin was born May 27, 1933 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Richard Paul Vannest and Edith Elvina (Talley) Vannest. She married Marvin Lee Coplin on March 1, 1952 at Cour deLane, Idaho and he preceded her in death on August 9, 1993. Rosemary was a homemaker and attended Albion Wesleyan Church.

Daughter, Mary Coplin of Cromwell.
Daughter, Theresa and Robert Conlin of Cromwell.
Son, Earnest and Rebecca Coplin of Port Orchard, Washington.
Son, Mark and Barbara Coplin of Blaine, Washington.
Son, Jim and Rebecca Coplin of Albion.
19 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Sister, Judy Rosalez of Murray, Idaho.
Sister, Delores Crosby of Bremerton, Washington.
Sister, Sharon Freeman of Cattaldo, Idaho.
Brother, David Vannest of Bremerton, Washington.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Edith Ann Coplin; son-in-law, Alfred Crook; and two grandchildren; a sister, Shirley: and three brothers, Richard, Larry, and James.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 5:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville with a gathering of family and friends at 4:00 PM.
Burial will take place later at Lehman Cemetery, Payne, Ohio.
