Sandra Lewis Obituary

Sandra Kaye Lewis, age 80, died September 12, 2019 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Lewis was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on August 11, 1939 to the late Paul and Frances Irene (Pettit) Hobson. She was a homemaker and awesome and fiercely loving mother. Survivors include her four children; Thomas Lewis, William Lewis, Dawn Rice and Matthew Lewis. 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Close family will be celebrating Sandra’s life in a private get-together during the afternoon of September 21, 2019. If you would wish to attend, please contact one of the local family members for more information. Please donate what you feel led to give to your local animal shelter in Sandra’s name. Her rescue cat Max filled her final months with great companionship and happiness.
