Sandra K. Garrett, age 47, of Kendallville, Indiana, passed away Sunday night June 10, 2018, at her home.  Sandy was born in Lagrange, Indiana to the late Bill Clayton Miller (1990) and Sandra Kay (Spillner) Miller (1990).  She graduated from East Noble High School in 1989 and recently completed her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.  She was currently employed as a court services clerk with the Allen County Superior Court. This was one of her favorite jobs because of her love for children.  Sandy also volunteered with C.A.S.A. and later went on to be full time child advocate.  She was a former peer advisor with the I.P.F.W. Human Services department. She married Rob Alan Garrett on July 6, 2013 at Sweet Church, rural Kendallville.  Sandy loved her family and never knew a stranger. She had a heart of gold and always made people around her feel more important than herself.
