Steven Briggs Obituary

Steven Allen Briggs, age 62, of Fort Wayne, went home to the Lord on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Byron Health Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Briggs was born in Angola, Indiana on October 20, 1956 to the late Clyde and Patricia Briggs. In the past, Steve worked at Redman Homes, Dutch Housing and Byron Health Center. He loved muscle cars, drag racing and the New York Yankees.

Survivors include:
Son, Kevin and Erica Briggs of Fort Wayne.
Granddaughter, Allison Briggs and grandson, Alex Briggs.
Sister, Linda (Briggs) & Russ Olinger
He was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Briggs and three sisters, Kerry (Briggs) Fuhrman, Debra (Briggs) McClellan, and Patti (Briggs) Dominy.

A graveside gathering and burial will take place at a later date at Orange Cemetery near Rome City, Indiana. Arrangements entrusted to Hite Funeral Home, Kendallville.
