Steven Lane Riesen

Steven Lane Riesen, age 63, died Thursday, August 16, 2018 at his residence on Adams Lake near Wolcottville, Indiana from a short fight of an aggressive cancer. Steve was born in Decatur, Indiana on October 27, 1954 to the late Harry Parr Riesen and Thelma Eileen (White) Riesen. He graduated from Belmont High School in 1973 was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War era.  He married Susan Coleen Tracy on April 3, 1981 in Fort Wayne. Steve was currently employed for 40 years at Foamex in Waynedale and was a proud member of the Teamsters Union, Fort Wayne.

Survivors include:
Wife, Susan Riesen of Adams Lake.
Son, Sam and Lindsey Riesen of Columbia City.
Son, Jake and Hillary Riesen of Avilla.
Daughter, Tracy and Kurt Knipstein of Hoagland.
Seven grandchildren: Henry Riesen, Leo Riesen, Brooks Riesen, Leah Riesen, Maxwell Riesen, Kenley Knipstein, and Emersyn Knipstein. 
Sister, Tonya Riesen Fenstermaker and her husband, David of Willshire, Ohio.
Brother, Eric and Terry Riesen of Ashland, Ohio.
