Tommy Zimmerman Obituary

Tommy Keith Zimmerman, 72, died Saturday, July 14, 2018, at his residence in Auburn. He was born on February 23, 1946 in Garrett, Indiana to the late Donald Keith and Margaret E. (Clark) Zimmerman. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and member of the Auburn American Legion Post 97 and life member of the DAV.

Survivors include:
Daughter, Samantha Zimmerman of Angola.
Daughter, Rhonda Stearn of Red Lion, Pennsylvania.
Son, Scott Zimmerman of Angola.
Son, Craig Burger of Virginia.
Nine grandchildren.
Sister, Nancy Thain of Angola.
Brother, Timmy Zimmerman of Waterloo.
He was preceded in death by his son, Shaun Zimmerman; Two Grandchildren, Logan and Jordan; and sister, Vicki Zimmerman.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at noon at Auburn American Legion Post 97. Burial will take place at a later date at Marion National Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hite Funeral Home of Kendallville.
