Belinda Ann (Smith) Radcliffe, 61, of Kendallville, died Sunday, February 18, 2024 at her home. Belinda was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on September 26, 1962 to Robert Val Smith (2017) and Betty Lou (Lyttle) Smith. She was employed nearly 40 years with Kraft Foods in Kendallville. Belinda loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She loved decorating her home, cooking and baking, and keeping her home immaculately clean. She enjoyed writing poetry and shopping. In the past, she loved living on Big Long Lake.
Survivors include:
Mother, Betty Smith of Albion.
Daughter, Tiffany and Kenny Pankop of Kendallville.
Daughter, Tera and Mike Singleton of Kendallville.
Best friend and companion, Randy Peters of Kendallville.
Six grandchildren: Lilly, Khloe, and Zane; Teagan, Oliver and Dillinger.
Belinda was preceded in death by her father, Robert Val Smith in 2017 and her brother, Robert Smith on February 12, 2019.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home with visitation at 12:00 noon prior to the service. Rev. Bret Frymier will conduct the funeral service.
Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Albion.
Preferred memorials are to Noble County Humane Society.
