Betty (Schuhler) Filloff

Elizabeth "Betty" C. Filloff, 95, of Fort Wayne passed away on Friday August 9,2024. She was born on March 5,1929 in Yoder to the late Sylvester "Jeff" and Alma (Harber) Schuhler. She was employed at Bowmar and retired after 20 years. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church. She enjoyed tapping her foot listening to Neil Diamond and dipping her cookies into McDonald's coffee. She was always there for anyone who needed her. She was selfless, kindhearted and loving.

Surviving family includes her children, Janet (John) Kinniell and Jane Elliott; grandchildren Tarry, Joe, April, Lynsee and Carli and many great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl A. Filloff; children Richard, Gregory and Kenneth Filloff; and siblings Helen, Mary, Joseph, Henry "Bud" and Dorothy. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 14623 Bluffton Road, Yoder, Indiana with visitation at 10:00 AM prior to the funeral mass. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the church.
