Caleb Temple

Caleb Andrew Temple, age 44, of Kendallville passed away unexpectedly at his home on March 7, 2026.  He was born September 27, 1981 to Rickey "Rick" and Sharon Temple.

He formerly worked as a phlebotomist. He previously lived in Wisconsin and Tennessee before returning to Kendallville. 

He enjoyed crocheting, baking, spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are his father, Rick (Julee) Temple; sisters, Lisa (Scott) Householder, Angela (Jody) Leighty; brothers, Matthew Ellis, Christopher McDonald, and Erick Temple; stepbrother, Ryan (Wendy) Garrison; partner, Dillon Harrell; and also aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Donna Temple; grandparents, Ellis and Lucille Whirledge; mother, Sharon Temple; and brother Marc McDonald.

Graveside services will be held Friday, March 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Lake View Cemetery in Kendallville.
