Charles "Chuck" Parrish

Charles “Chuck” Parrish was born to Clyde & Blanche Parrish on Nov 11, 1931 in Oakwood OH and passed away on Jan 20, 2021 in Fort Wayne IN from metastatic prostate cancer.

He is preceded in death by his three brothers: Donald Parrish, Richard Parrish and John Parrish.  Surviving is his sister Rubye Hammersmith

He was married to three wonderful women who have all passed.  Bonnie Parrish gave him two children:  Jeffery Parrish and Denise Parrish.  Earlene Parrish was his traveling companion after retirement.  And “sweet” Christena Parrish was the love of his life.

Chuck had many jobs including:  working as a milk man, working at service stations, managing service stations, working at car dealers, working for a printer, and working at U-Haul.  But they all included customer service and helping people. 

Chuck loved people and food and cars.  He was a man of faith and loved going to church and enjoying fellowship with his friends.

His body will be cremated and his ashes will be kept in a niche at Greenlawn Cemetery in Fort Wayne IN, but his soul will reside in heaven with JESUS CHRIST his lord and savior.  

A Gathering of family and friends will take place on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at The Chapel, 2505 W Hamilton Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814. 

A Memorial Service will following the gathering at 2:00 PM at the church.
