Curtis Molton Obituary

Curtis Molton, Sr., age 77, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, November 16, 2020 at his daughter’s home in Fort Wayne. Mr. Molton was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 5, 1943 to the late William Molton and Ivy (Simpson) Townsend. Curtis honorably served his country in the United States Army from 1962-1968. He was employed for 33 years with B.F. Goodrich before retiring in 2002. 

Survivors include:
Son, Curtis Molton, Jr. of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Carmen Molton of Indianapolis.
Daughter, Monica and Eric Cash of Fort Wayne.
Son, Shawn and Rakisha Davis of Fort Wayne.
Daughter, Vanessa and Shawn McKnight of Dyer, Indiana.
Son, Octavius and Karmesha Molton of Indianapolis.
21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Sisters, Frances, Monica, Charlene, Aletha and Noel.
Brothers, Tommy, Earl, Lavon and Robert.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marty Sudderth Molton; children, Thomas Washington and Dwight Washington; grandson, Curtis Deamon Pinkston Molton; sisters, Carol and Beverly; and brothers, William and Milton.

Funeral services followed by military honors will be held Friday, November 20, 2020 at 12:00 noon at the Wings of Deliverance Tabernacle Holiness Church, 2502 Fairfield Avenue, Fort Wayne. Pastor Robert D. Clark will officiate the service.
