Daniel John Tomas, Jr., age 64, of LaGrange, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022 at his home near LaGrange. Mr. Tomas was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois on July 7, 1958 to the late Daniel John Tomas, Sr. and Loretta Rose (Granno) Semintendi. He honorably served his country in the United States Army and was employed by Reliable Tool in Kendallville.

Survivors include:
His companion and soulmate, Pamela Stokes of LaGrange.
Daughter, Danielle and Jerome Spearman of Blue Island, Illinois.
Son, Raymond Tomas of Lake Station, Indiana.
Son, Michael Tomas of Kendallville.
Daughter, Josephine Quintanilla of Kendallville.
8 grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Sister, Debra Tomas of Richton Park, Illinois.
Brother, Donald Tomas of Richton Park, Illinois.
Brother, James Tomas of Muskegon, Michigan.
Sister, Renee and Mike Comise of Monee, Illinois.
Sister, Helen Tomas of South Chicago Heights, Illinois.
Brother, Steven and Candace Tomas of University Park, Illinois.
Sister, Christina Tomas of University Park, Illinois.
Sister, Carol and Derrick Johnson of Sauk Village, Illinois.
Sister, Janet Tomas of University Park, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Terry LeFlore in 2018.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2022 after 3:00 PM at the Independent Baptist Church, South Milford with a 6:00 PM service.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Independent Baptist Church with Rev. Earl Bolen officiating.
Burial will follow at Brushy Chapel Cemetery.
