David Eugene Forker, age 70, of Lake of the Woods, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at home. Mr. Forker was born in Kendallville, Indiana on July 16, 1951 to the late Paul Adelbert Forker and Mary Esther (Conley) Forker. He graduated from Prairie Heights High School in 1971. He was a supervisor with Kendallville Wire. His last job was with Tenneco in Ligonier for about a year. 

Survivors include:
Son, David and Dawn Forker of Kendallville
Daughter, Jessica and Troy Livergood of Waterloo.
Son, Adam Forker of Kendallville.
Seven grandchildren: Hilary and Austin Lewis of Texas; Destiny Forker of Fort Wayne; Hunter Forker of Kendallville; Jeremiah; Cannon Moore of Florida; Jessalyn Ells and Wesley Ells both of Waterloo. Three step grandchildren: Raven, Hazel and Journey.
Four great grandchildren.
Brother, Rick and Angela Forker of New Haven.
Brother, Bruce and Cindy Forker of South Milford.
Sister, Darlene Bollinger of Kendallville.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM at Family Life Assembly of God, 815 Riley Road, Kendallville.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Family Life Assembly of God with Pastor Robert Monroe officiating. 
Burial will follow at Brushy Chapel Cemetery in LaGrange County.
