Debbie Arnold

Debbie Sue (Puckett) Arnold, age 61, of Kendallville, passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville. Debbie was born in Knox, Indiana, on August 22, 1963, to the late Philip Ray Puckett, Sr. and Judith Ann (Freestone) Puckett. She graduated from Dekalb High School in 1982 and in that same year married Jeff Arnold on June 19, 1982. Debbie was a caregiver to many children in the area and devoted her life to caring for others. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and aunt who loved Jesus and spending time with her family. She and Jeff loved traveling the country with her cousin and best friend, Paula Getter and family. 

Survivors include:
Husband of 42 years, Jeff Arnold of Kendallville. 
Daughter, Michelle and David Herron of Kendallville.
Daughter, Angel and Sal Alsaidi of Hamtramck, Michigan.
Daughter, Skyla and Adam Turner of Kendallville.
Grandchildren: Kimmy Shepherd, Shayma Alsaidi, Iesha Alsaidi, Abdulla Alsaidi, Gavin Herron, Zach Alsaidi, Saleh Alsaidi, Yusef Alsaidi, Malaak Alsaidi, Maleigha Turner and Rosalie Turner. 
Great grandchildren: Lola Shepherd, Ramah Alsaidi, and Hiba Alsaidi. 
She is also survived by several beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. 
Brother, Phil and Melanie Puckett of Avilla.
Sister, Robin and Ron Puckett of Kendallville. 

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Judith Puckett and granddaughter, Jana Alsaidi.

A gathering to celebrate Debbie's life will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 12:00 - 4:00 PM at Destiny Family of Faith, corner of Riley and Wayne Streets in Kendallville.
