Douglas Wolf, 58, passed Sunday, March 27, 2022 at University Park Nursing Home. He was born February 24, 1964, in Fort Wayne to the late, Richard and Maxine Wolf.

Doug is survived by,

Siblings, Richard (Wanda) Wolf, Daphne Cole, Dennis Wolf

Special caregiver/sister, Meisha Richardson

Also many niece's and nephew's.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Daren Wolf.

Per Doug's request there are no services.
