Eve H. Sauve’, 71, of Fort Wayne, passed Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Hospice Home. She was born October 1, 1950, in Spencerville, IN to the late Henryk and Apolonia Pietraszewski.
Eve graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1968 and then later received her BS in Accounting.
Eve married James Sauve’ in 1997 at the Fort Wayne Botanical Gardens, they shared 20 devoted years together before he passed away in 2017.
Eve had worked for GE/BAE Systems retiring after 40 years as a process engineer. She was known as the “cookie lady” there at work.
Eve enjoyed thrift shopping, knitting, baking cookies, and always lent an unbiased compassionate ear for listening. Eve was also a dog lover; she had her fur baby, Frankie, they were inseparable. She did all things for Frankie, nothing was too good for him.
