Florence “Pat” Feipel, age 78, died Sunday, May 26, 2019 at her residence in Kendallville.  Pat was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on May 22, 1941 to George Patty and Opal (McClain) Budd.  She married Charles Gregor Feipel on December 11, 1964 in Fort Wayne, Indiana and he preceded her in death on April 1, 1998.  Pat was a life member of the Kendallville V.F.W. Post 2749 and the Rome City American Legion Post 381.

Survivors include:
Her longtime companion, Voile “Stovie” Martin of Kendallville.
Daughter, Brenda and Eric Carbone of Wolcottville.
Daughter, Lisa and Troy Wilson of Kendallville.
Son, Mark Feipel of Rome City.
9 grandchildren: Amy and Brent Miller of Howe; Timothy and Sagan Feipel of Rome City; Melissa Murphy of Kendallville; Valerie and Scott Murphy of Rome City; Mathew Lambright of Oregon; Tyler Carbone and Shawna Carbone both of Wolcottville; Tiffani Wilson of Fort Wayne; and Regan Wilson of Kendallville.
12 great grandchildren.

Sister, Edna and Don Dominique of New Haven.
Sister, Nancy and Don Windsor of New Haven.
Brother, James “Jim” and Mary Patty of Fort Wayne.
Brother, Richard “Dick” and Rose Patty of New Haven.
Sister-in-law, Madonna Patty of Fort Wayne.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Feipel (1998); her daughter, Debra Feipel (1968); her son, Paul Feipel (2008); granddaughter, April Feipel (1987); and her brother, George Patty (2007).

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Hite Funeral Home with Pastor Diane Elwood officiating the service.  There will also be an hour of visitation prior to the funeral service. 
Burial will take place at Woodruff Cemetery in LaGrange County.
Memorial donations may be made to VFW Post 2749 or American Legion Post 381.
