Gerald Lynn Simpson, age 64, of Woodburn, died January 19, 2021 at home. Gerald was born in Lafayette, Indiana on January 17, 1957 to the late Melvin and Marjorie (Stump) Simpson. He honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and he worked in construction.

Survivors include:
Son, Cory Simpson of Antwerp, Ohio.
Son, Wade Simpson of Woodburn.
Daughter, Miranda Tomlinson of Tipton.
Five grandchildren.
Brother, Bill Smith of Williamsport, Indiana.
Sister, Deb Winger of Williamsport, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Dusti Simpson in 1996; brothers, James Simpson and David Smith; sister, Judy VanReed.
