Jack Clements, Jr.

Jack Melvin Clements, Jr., age 68, of Kendallville, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026, at Kendallville Manor. Jack was born in Huntington, Indiana, on November 5, 1957, to the late Jack Melvin Clements, Sr. and Esther Joan (Gerrad) Clements. He grew up in Kendallville and attended East Noble High School.

Survivors include:
Daughter, Tiffany and Ryan Ferguson of Kendallville.
Son, Jack and Jamie Clements of Kendallville. 
Six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Brother, Scott and Marsha Clements of Kendallville.
Brother, Gene and Angela Clements of Kendallville.
Sister, Roxanne Dotson of Kendallville. 
Six nieces and nephews, 19 great nieces and nephews, and five great-great nieces and nephews.

Jack was preceded in death by his grandparents, his parents, and a nephew, Shane Clements.
