Jill Chadwick

Jill Ann Chadwick, age 52, died May 3, 2020 at her residence in Fort Wayne.  Jill was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on October 19, 1967 to Jack Lynn Baumert and Cindra Sue Coy. She married Jeffrey Brian Chadwick on April 19, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Fort Wayne. Jill was employed with Cooper Standard in Auburn and she was an active member of the Southwest Conservation Club.

Mother, Cindra Coy of Antwerp, Ohio.
Father, Jack and Jeanette Baumert of Fort Wayne.
Maternal grandmother, Marianne Case of Payne, Ohio.
Sister, Michelle Baumert of Antwerp, Ohio.
Stepbrother, Adam and Melanie Coy of Ney, Ohio.
Brother-in-law, Wayne and Kristin Chadwick of Anoka, Minnesota.
Brother-in-law, Lloyd Chadwick of Mishawaka, Indiana.
Sister-in-law, Connie Chadwick of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Nieces: Sasha and Dustin Sensabaugh of Antwerp; Scarlette and Randall Slattman of Antwerp; Sabryna Allen of Edgerton, Ohio; Logan Emerson of Defiance, Ohio; Andrea Williams of Indianapolis.
Nephews: Jake Chadwick of Overland, Kansas; Chad and Colleen Chadwick of Otsego, Minnesota; and step nephews: Malachi and Timothy Coy of Ney, Ohio.

There will be a gathering to celebrate Jill’s life in the near future. Memorial donations in Jill’s memory may be sent to The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo or to Breast Cancer Awareness.
