LuAnn (Marshall) Hart

LuAnn Hart, age 69, of Kendallville, passed away January 26, 2024 at Heritage Park Nursing Home in Fort Wayne. LuAnn was born in Kendallville, Indiana on October 3, 1954 to the late Maurice Gar Marshall and Eiline Irene (Kistler) Marshall Temple. She married Franklin Lee Allen Hart on September 29, 1984 in Kendallville and he preceded her in death on February 13, 1998. 

Survivors include:
Daughter, Katina Marie and Shane Freeman of Angola.
Stepdaughter, Tammy Leebell and Terry Danning of Angola.
Like a daughter to LuAnn, Kathleen Perkins of Ashley.
Five grandchildren: Lana (Raymond) VanBlaricom of Auburn; Joshua Christian of Bronson, Michigan; Destiny (Jonathan) Sassanella of Fort Wayne; Nathaniel Carper of Des Moines, Iowa; Ciarah (Lucas) Schmucker of Hicksville, Ohio; step grandson, Michael Danning of Angola and 11 great grandchildren.  
Brother, Ron and Sandy Marshall of Kendallville.
Sister, Shiela Treesh of Avilla.
Stepbrothers, Russell Temple, Jr., Phillip Temple, and Wayne Temple. 
Lifelong best friends, Teresa Schimmoller, Judy Whitmer, and Carol Clouse.
LuAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Eiline; two stillborn sisters and two stillborn brothers; niece, Kimberley Baisden; brother-in-law, Clarence Treesh.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville. Rev. Charles Mosley will conduct the funeral service. 
Burial will follow at Rehoboth Cemetery near Albion.
Casket bearers will be Steve Perkins, Joshua Perkins, Lucas Schumaker, Tye Betts, David Tyler, Adrian Link, Joshua Christian, and Heath Harris, Jr.
