Michael Strasser

Michael Richard Strasser, age 71, of Grabill, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Strasser was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on July 7, 1950 to the late Richard Donald Strasser and Rita Marie (Vetter) Ansberry. He graduated from Snider High School in 1969 and honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He married Paula Jean Bleeke on August 29, 1975 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne. He was an electronics repairman and member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Grabill.

Survivors include:
Wife, Paula Strasser of Grabill.
Daughter, Michelle and Michal Wronski of Auburn.
Son, Christopher and Tisha Strasser of Churubusco.
Grandchildren, Tyler and Alex; step-grandchildren, Aubrey, Elijah and Kayla.
Brother, Steve and Dawn Strasser of Kendallville.
Sister, Cindy and Michael Reynolds of Fort Wayne.
Sister, Linda and Roger VanSant of Southpoint, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Tony Rietdorf in 2016.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 from 2:00–4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 12640 St. Joe Road, Grabill. There will also be visitation an hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday. 
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor Bob Eickmann officiating. 
Burial will take place at Leo Cemetery, Leo. 
Memorial donations may be made to Creutzfeldt-Jakob Foundation.
